Olds Farmers' Market

3:30 pm - 6:30 pm 5116-54 Street

The Olds Regional Exhibition hosts one of over 125 Approved Farmers' Markets in Alberta. The Olds Farmers Market is every Thursday between mid-May and the end of September from 3:30 - 6:30 pm at the Big Rack Cow Palace Event Center in Olds Alberta. This Market facilitates direct market access for community-based entrepreneurs who make, bake, or grow the products they sell. The beauty of this Market is that is provides a direct contact for consumers to producers. Consumers can talk to the person who grew the carrots, raised the chicken, baked the bread, produced the jam, or knit the sweater. Farmers' markets are the Number 1 Ag Tourism Attraction in the province. The Olds Market provides a great shopping experience where our guests can "savour time rather than save time". Come to Olds on Thursday afternoons and shop in a relaxed, fun atmosphere while receiving the highest quality products. The Big Rack Cow Palace is conveniently located at 5116 – 54 Street, immediately west of Centennial Park and across the street from the O.R. Hedges Campground. Free parking. Free admission. If you would like to be a vendor, please book your space by visiting the Farmers Market page on our website at
