The purpose of this competition is to provide on opportunity for our youth to improve their skills in leadership, teamwork, citizenship, and public speaking. During this event they have the opportunity to meet new people and to stimulate and maintain interest in the agriculture industry.

The Olds Farmers Market is every Thursday between mid-May and the end of September from 3:30 - 6:30 pm at the Big Rack Cow Palace Event Center in Olds Alberta. This Market facilitates direct market access for community-based entrepreneurs who make, bake, or grow the products they sell. The beauty of this Market is that is provides a direct contact for consumers to producers. Consumers can talk to the person who grew the carrots, raised the chicken, baked the bread, produced the jam, or knit the sweater. 2019 Olds College Golf Classic in support of Broncos Athletics

The Golf Classic has been an annual favourite among friends and supporters of Olds College for over 25 years. It is the largest fundraiser for our Olds College Broncos student-athletes. Thanks to your support, we are able to provide our students with state-of-the-art equipment and training opportunities that give them a competitive edge. In addition to our competitive varsity sports teams, all Olds College students can participate in a wide variety of intramural activities, drop-in sports and fitness nights, and access the CLC Fitness Centre. Thank you for coming out to support Olds College and our Broncos Athletics program. It’s going to be an exciting season for our Broncos teams.
