Mountain View County’s largest festival of its kind. Art lovers see Didsbury Alberta come alive with all that is arts and culture in our region, including dancers, storytellers, musicians and songwriters, handicrafts, painters, potters, carvers – you name it, if it’s artsy, it’ll be here! This year’s theme is “What Makes You Smile”. The Arts Festival has always been a great family fun event to share a memory, share a story, or share a laugh. 2019 is no exception as we recognize the vital issue of mental health from a variety of different “artsy” angles – art exhibits, live music, historical stories and yes, even “happy mistakes”! Take part in any event over the 2½ days of the festival. If you come with a frown, don’t worry, we’ll send you home with the best souvenir possible – a great, big smile!!
