Olds Tai Chi Association

Olds Tai Chi is a non-profit association and is focused on health and well-being.  The practice is a slow stepping sequence performed in a variety of flowing postures.  These postures are designed to engage the entire body, taking 25 to 30 minutes.  The benefits include:  balance, flexibility, body awareness, resilience, memory, aerobic exercise and a quieting state of mind.
