Forms
We invite businesses, artists and vendors to register for many of the events hosted in the community throughout the year. Here are your direct links to participate in our celebrations. We also ask our local artists, artisans, businesses and non-profits to share their information so residents and visitors can see the good work you do.
2020 Summer Oldstice: June 20, 2020
Annually held in June every year, Summer Oldstice brings together vendors and activities for the whole family to enjoy. Kicking off with a pancake breakfast and continuing through the afternoon with sidewalk sales, a street hockey game and live music fill the day. Artists, entertainers and food & product vendors populate a variety of spaces through Uptowne Olds while walking trails and the Olds Regional Exhibition people mover helps guests get around the area. For more information, email Uptowne Olds. If you are a vendor, you can register for a market booth here.
2020 Community Showcase: September 3, 2020 (registration begins Spring 2020)
This event is an annual Information and Registration Night, giving local area residents the opportunity to sign up for classes, lessons, workshops and find volunteer opportunities in the community. The organizations in attendance range from service clubs and churches to youth groups, sports teams, dance studios, recreational activities, social enterprises, non-profit charities, learning facilities and programs, theatre and art clubs, and much, much more.
2020 Creative Directory
Olds and the surrounding area is a highly creative part of the province. We would like to capture information on some of the many talented people in the region so we can make them aware of opportunities to showcase their skills and sell their products and services (i.e., markets and shows, public art installations, concerts and live performances). Let us know about you so we can reach out when we see those opportunities! Register with us here.
